WaveMakers Water Safety Assembly
An engaging assembly introducing students to the realities of open water safety. Sessions cover risk awareness, cold water shock, safe decision making around rivers, lakes and canals, and what to do in an emergency.
The assembly supports schools in delivering water safety education linked to the RHSE and Health Education curriculum, helping students understand how to recognise risk and make safer decisions around open water.

Interactive workshops that explore real-life water safety scenarios. Participants learn how to recognise risk, understand environmental conditions, and make safer decisions around rivers, lakes and other open water environments.
Sessions combine discussion, practical demonstrations and scenario-based learning to build awareness, strengthen judgement, and improve water safety knowledge.

STA First Aid & CPR
A practical introduction to first aid, CPR, and emergency response designed for students. Participants learn how to recognise an emergency, assess a situation, and take simple actions that could help save a life while waiting for professional help.
Sessions focus on building confidence, awareness, and the skills young people can use to respond safely and responsibly in real situations.
