Swim. Lead. Travel. Teach.
Global Flow is a leadership and employability programme that combines water safety training, personal development, and international teaching placements.
It’s designed for young people aged 16 to 25 who want to build real-world skills, gain qualifications, and become leaders in the water, in their communities, and in the world.
